In our fourth podcast episode, we discussed making the transpersonal personal with our fantastic guest speaker, Mary-Rita McGuire, who has just completed her MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology. She is now setting up her own business to help others rediscover their purpose and meaning by truly stepping into their own story. Below are a few key elements we discussed...
MAKING THE TRANSPERSONAL PERSONAL
In this episode we are bridging the gap between the transpersonal and personal!
What does is mean to be transpersonal and how can you achieve this in your day to day life? We discuss this and what it means, how it can be experienced and how to access it.
How can we explore our relationship with ‘other’ and show up more courageously with compassion and the intention to connect. The Transpersonal view refers to other as being outside of self but includes self.
We talk about the practice of holding space for yourself and others to explore your own feelings in a safe and held way. We all share a small part of our own experiences with depression and anxiety and how that can feel.
What do our experiences of the dark night of the soul look like and how can we navigate through our own personal journey of crisis. Does a Transpersonal view help with this?
What mask do you wear in society? Are we wearing masks that makes us burn out? Do you feel you have to say you’re fine or always have a smile on your face?
Goblin mode was the collectively chosen word for 2022 - it beat metaverse!
How much time do you spend within your inner landscape or is your focus all on the outer influences?
